    ‘ApprenticeshipsNI’ offers fully funded training and the opportunity to complete qualifications for those entering the labour market and for those who are already experienced but previously have had little or no access to qualifications. ApprenticeshipsNI provision is based around occupational frameworks consisting of industry appropriate NVQ’s, technical certificates (industry specific qualifications) and Essential Skills (if required)

    Invest NI provides support and expert advice, principally supporting businesses in the manufacturing and tradeable services sectors. One area they focus on is developing people and can provide financial support through Business Improvement Training Plans to eligible clients.
  • Management and Leadership Development ‘Made Not Born’ programme

    The need for improved management skills has never been greater than now with the tough economic challenges ahead. In an effort to encourage Northern Ireland businesses to address this need, the Department for Employment and Learning is currently offering up to 100% financial assistance towards training costs on all of its approved management and leadership programmes, subject to eligibility criteria.
  • Training for Success

    Training for Success provision is designed for young people who have not yet found employment. You may be able to benefit from a young person completing a work placement with your business.
