Terms & Conditions of Booking

By submitting the booking form, you and your company agree to the following legally binding agreement:

Payment must be received IN FULL prior to the event on the 19th November 2009.
We cannot be held responsible for non-arrival of registration information.
No booking will be accepted without a valid Purchase Order Number or cheque number
The outstanding balance will be payable 28 days prior to the Conference/Awards Dinner
Cancellations confirmed in writing 28 days prior to the Conference/Awards Dinner will be refunded minus an administration charge of 15%. We regret that no refund can be made after that date
We reserve the right to terminate the agreement if monies due under this agreement have not been paid in full by the due date
In the event that any remaining balance is not paid in full prior to the 19th November, you and your company will forfeit any monies already paid
Substitutions will be accepted if notified in writing prior to the Conference/Award Dinner
Bookings made less than 28 days prior to Conference/Award Dinner are non-refundable.
It may be necessary for reasons beyond the control of the organizers to alter the content and the timing of the programme or speakers.
